Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the conference venue at 19:30.

Coffee breaks and Lunchs

Coffee breaks and lunchs will also take place at the conference venue from September 5 to September 7, 2023. Please check the programme overview to see the exact schedule and locations.

Additionally, during the conference, we will be offering Coffee Breaks as well as Lunch Breaks at the Conference Venue from September 5 to September 7, 2023.

* Social events are included in the registration fees (Delegates and Students presenting an abstract).

* The fee for Students not presenting an abstract does not include the conference banquet.

* Social Programme for Accompanying Persons only includes the welcome cocktail and the conference banquet.

Banquet Dinner

The Banquet Dinner will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Finca Mas Solers (Sant Pere de Ribes) at 20.30.

Please note that transportation will be provided from the conference venue to the restaurant and from the restaurant to the conference venue. Further details will be communicated soon.
